We are excited to announce that applications for the Shi Wen-Ling Scholarship are now open! The Shi Wen-Ling Scholarship champions early-career physicians who pair sharp clinical acumen with an unwavering drive to push medicine forward. It underwrites graduate study in the United States—an immersive season of research, mentorship, and fresh perspective—so that recipients can return to Taiwan equipped with deeper expertise, broader networks, and the momentum to elevate healthcare at home.

The Shi Wen-Ling Scholarship offers a leadership program that pairs world-class graduate study with virtual mentorship training with Stanford professors. Scholars begin with six months of case-based leadership development in Taiwan, then spend 18 months at Stanford or Duke pursuing a master’s in health policy, epidemiology & clinical research, or bioethics & science policy, with scholarships up totaling up to NTD $5 million.
